Detox Ginger Lemonade

I’ve got a short and sweet one for you today ladies!

You know I have been a long time lover of infused water and detox drinks that can help with bloating, provide nutrients, AND provide a little bit of flavor to your plain ‘ol water.

This Ginger Lemonade Detox Drink is one of my current favorites! I have been loving the spicy-ness from the ginger and it reminds me of fresh summer-time lemonade. YUM!
Detox Ginger Lemonade

Benefits of Detox Ginger Lemonade:

  • Lemons not only aid in digestion and detoxification. The antioxidants found in vitamin C fight damage caused by free radicals, AND boost collagen production to keep your skin looking beautiful.
  • Ginger is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It has has been known to help with digestive health, nausea and illness.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural source of calcium, magnesium and potassium, as well as beneficial bacteria and acids to help keep your stomach happy and healthy.
  • Raw honey has tons of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes that makes it packed with nutrients. It may even help to alleviate seasonal allergies too! 

Detox Ginger Lemonade
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1 inch knob of ginger, sliced

Instructions:
Shake everything up in a mason jar, and sip throughout the day.
